Yesterday, i had my hair cut, and i have a new look, and today i cut my blogs hair ? :p hehe jk :p today, i've changed the template on blogger, to mine :) and gave it a new look for you ;)
This was all part of my learning about CSS and JS and Layouting, etc. It was all inspired by Aditya, a rare smart boy you ever find ;) and in fact, my template code had his contribution on it ;) thanks alot Adit ;) you've been really helpfull.
And for the moment, i'm pretty satisfied for the new face i've had here ;) So for anybody who is wondering how the old one looks like, well it's on the left ;) i've get a hold of that template from searching on google :p maybe you would want to look it at the full size of the old template, here you go, you can click or right click to save as, here (size: 289k). And if you'd like to get a hold of the old template code then just drop me a message :)
Now i can be a little proud of having my own template eh :p
And i'm still on the process of making up the new face, hope it gets more good looking :)

Blog Hacks
Tuesday, May 30, 2006Blog Hacks was an interesting stuff to play with ;) Today i've put a lot of hacks into my blog.
The simple one is the so called 'Grammatically Correct Comment Count', which in this case are the numbers of comments about your post. If there are no post, then it would display 'No comment', if only 1 then it is not a plural so '1 comment', and the rest of course 'xx comments' (note the 's') where xx=number of posts. So here it is the simple code, you can put it inside the script tag, and the code can be tweaked later on your own, i've pick this one from Freshblog this site has a lot of hacks which you can implement on your blog. Thanks to anniebluesky for the piece of code she made ;)
The other one is the so-called 'Peek-a-boo Comments' from Blogger himself ;) And that's it i've tweaked the code so that both hacks can works ;) so maybe you can try it on your own or post a comment here :p

- I add Native Blog Search hack to my blog, this is a useful hack to implement on your own blog, and a must have ! The code itself shouldn't be a problem for most users, just follow the instructions and voila ;) Sweet :) Great job Aditya !

Saturday, May 27, 2006Lately i've been learning about AS2.0 in Flash, one of the new class that catches my attention is BitmapData, so i began to 'googling' for some source code and tutorials, i've found a nice one on www.senocular.com
And there is some nice pictures i've got a long time ago, mailed from some friends, so i've made some modification from the source file, and changed the picture, so here it is for you, ZOOM :)
